HOUSING IN PARIS
Enjoy the charm of a nineteenth century apartment in a green yet central area of Paris! Take a walk on the Viaduc des Arts and meet the local artists.
The apartment includes:
►a twenty-square-meter lounge and living room with the original nineteenth century wooden floor and twenty-first century amenities – TV and Internet connexion!
►a fully-equipped kitchen (a gas oven to give it a shot at French cuisine, a microwave oven for fast meals and a washing machine)
►a spacious bedroom giving onto a garden planted with trees
►a bathroom equipped with a bathtub
Sheets, a hair drier, an iron and a vacuum cleaner will be available.
The bedroom giving onto the garden may be occupied by a young woman. The living-room equipped with a confortable bed is used only by the weekly tenant(s), who can be a woman or a couple. Kitchen and bathroom will be shared. The apartment is distributed around a central corridor so that the people living there can enjoy a certain independence.
CALENDAR
Available from December 18 to January 4 and in April (11-26), weekly rentals, preferably for 2 weeks
from July to mid September (no weekly rentals in summer, rental for two months)
PRICE
A 400-euro-deposit
Weekly rental: 375 euros (gas, water and electricity included)
In July and August, 700 euros per month
